About the course
Now it's time to start to learn some of the unique and easy to apply screens and corrective exercises needed to become a 'leader' in your industry. This course consolidates over 20 years of biomechanics research into an instantly usable screening protocol. It will compliment existing screening protocols or give those new to screening an excellent platform in which to biomechanically screen their clients.
The course is not clinical in any way and concentrates on function. ITS believe that if an individual body segment is not functioning correctly then it can’t work functionally as part of a pattern. This course is quite simply the foundation to all activities and exercise programmes from the relatively deconditioned to elite athletes.
Learning outcomes
- Demonstrate screening for identifying muscle spasm
- Demonstrate exercises to relieve muscle spasm
- Develop a business integration plan
- Specific anatomy training
Pre-requisites
- At least a Level 2 qualification in a fitness/coaching related field (Grade A-C GCSE)
