The Level 3 Personal Trainer and Biomechanics Trainer™ Course (REP's Accredited) provides you with a wide range of knowledge and skills to enable you to operate as an ITS Personal Trainer and Biomechanics Trainer™.

This is the only personal trainer course in the world that additionally teaches you the essential skills of biomechanical screening and corrective exercise programming. You will be able to assess your clients health and lifestyle status as well as their pelvic, spinal and nerve function and core stability before designing specific programmes of exercise for your client. This biomechanics course will allow you to gain entry to the Register Of Exercise Professionals at Level 3.
